Note to Self: Choose Wisely

Hi There!

Here is a simple test you can take for choosing wisely.

1. Take your question or dilemma and write it down. Imagine you are about to hand it to the person with the answer, the person who will help.

2. Ok. Now go get a drink a water. Take a few sips.

3. Pick up that piece of paper and imagine it was left for you by a person you love very much. You care so much that you only want the best for them. Read it. Then respond to this person. Seriously, this works!!!

I say this because I love you and you mean the world to me. As tough as this may be, unable to know which route to take next I see in you the passion you have to inspire others to be healthy, to love, to enjoy life. You live to influence the world to be better. You have done this and you have all the tools. Don't ever doubt yourself. Don't question titles, rights, and don't let anything stand in your way of what you were born to do!
